| Constantin Chatov |
| Constantin Chatov- a well-known
artist in the Southeast was a native Georgian (of Russia).
He made his home in Atlanta, and he became a U.S. citizen.
His paintings have been exhibited in one and two man shows at
the High Museum of Art, New Orleans, etc. Constantin was commissioned
by MGM Studios to
paint portraits of
Clark Gable and Margaret Mitchell
for “Gone With the Wind”. (1904-1993)
